Ethan Pogozelski

My journey began in kindergarten with my passion for wrestling. Wrestling quickly became more than just a sport — it became the vehicle through which I found purpose and a community of mentors.

In high school, I took third at sectionals my freshman and sophomore year. That disappointment drove me to take wrestling seriously and add freestyle and Greco-Roman to my training, elevating my competitive level significantly.

At UW-Whitewater, my dedication paid off. I became a 2024 NCAA All-American, earned WIAC Conference Champion honors, and was named a three-time Academic All-American, balancing elite athletic performance with academic excellence.

I have coaching experience with Ringers Wrestling Club and currently serve as an Assistant Coach at Gorilla Lab. My focus is on teaching athletes how to be stingy on bottom and relentless in their pursuits, emphasizing the "never stop wrestling" philosophy.
