High School Gorillas
Ages 13–18 Years Old
No in-season sessions offered (only Pre & Post Season). Please schedule private lessons with coaches during in-season.
This is our premier training environment, designed for athletes who have moved past learning the sport and are now mastering themselves. Our High School program is a bridge between championship-level wrestling and the demands of the real world. We don't just build high-level wrestlers; we build leaders who are ready to lead with integrity in any room they enter. At this level, the focus shifts to preparing them for the pressures of high-level competition and life after graduation.
Systematized Wrestling
Mastering high-percentage scoring systems and chain wrestling designed for the college and international levels.
Strategic Mastery
Deep dives into mat awareness, clock management, and the “clutch” mindset required to win in the final 30 seconds.
The “Real World” Edge
We treat the wrestling room as a laboratory for life. Athletes learn discipline, extreme ownership, and how to perform when tired, stressed, or uncomfortable.
Value & Expectations
Learning what integrity means and how to lead and demand it. Upperclassmen are expected to mentor younger athletes and set the standard for the room.
Our Goal
To produce athletes who are dominant on the mat and indispensable in the real world. Young men and women who know their inner power, master chaos, and lead with integrity.
