Gorilla Silverback is our elite high school program for wrestlers ages 14-18. This program runs during pre-season and post-season only, focusing on preparing athletes for high school competition and refining advanced techniques. Wrestlers work on match strategy, strength and conditioning, and mental preparation. We recommend private lessons for in-season training to complement school team practices.
